Sarah flew to Vermont to visit a friend. She used points from JetBlue which meant her flight was to and from Buffalo. So Sandy and I stayed at Niagara Falls for a couple of days. We stayed in Canada which was hard for Sandy. I realized our passports were expired the night before we left. We took birth certificates (which we never showed) and had little problem crossing the border several times.

We had a falls view room at the Marriott.

The needle provides a spectacular view. The wind was very chilly, however.

The morning we picked Sarah up, we headed back to the American side. Ice and snow along with small crowds make this an interesting time to see Niagara Falls.
