We joined Harvest Hosts recently to expand opportunities for new experiences. Member golf courses, museums, breweries, farms, and wineries around the US and Canada allow free one-night stays. Breitenbach Winery is near Sugar Creek. We decided last night to come down. We arrived near 4 so there would be room in the parking lot on a Saturday.

It didn’t take us long to get set up. There’s one other camper from West Virginia and they suggested we try the BBQ over at the winery patio cafe. We both had shredded pork sandwiches- great!

After visiting the shop, we took Charlie for a walk around their property and down the street to a cheese house and restaurant. We didn’t buy anything there. On the way back to the MH, we found alpacas who were interested/frightened of Charlie.

We got up early on Sunday morning to head back for drive-in church at Perry.
